We strive to identify underlying problems, institute early state-of-the-art treatment, prevention and aftercare programs to avoid the tragic sequelae of limb or life threatening infection, loss of mobility or amputation that so often result from complicated wounds. Every community should have access to a center of excellence for this specialized type of problem. Wound Care Center of Escondido serves our local community, and will become a regional referral center for specialized wound healing and prevention using a holistic approach while teaming up with other health care providers.
